Privacy policy

This page explains what happens to the information you send me through this website. I wrote it in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, call me and ask.

Who you are dealing with

What I collect

What you type in. The forms on this site ask for a name, an email address, a phone number, and whatever you tell me about what you are looking for — a town, a budget, a timeline, a commute, an address you want valued. The neighborhood quiz also records the answers you pick so the page can show you the right day.

What the site records on its own. My host keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, browser, which pages were requested, when). If I add website analytics later, this page will say so and name the tool before it goes live.

I do not run advertising trackers or sell-your-data pixels on this site.

Why I collect it

To answer you, to send you the homes or the information you asked for, and to keep track of our conversation so you do not have to repeat yourself. If you asked for updates, to send those until you tell me to stop. Nothing else.

Who else sees it

Only the services I need to run this, and only for that purpose:

• Follow Up Boss — my client database. Every enquiry from this site lands there.
• Netlify — hosts the site and stores the form submissions.
• My email provider — so a copy reaches my inbox.
• eXp Realty LLC — my broker, where the transaction records require it.

I do not sell your information, and I do not trade it to other agents or lenders. If I ever recommend a lender, an attorney, an inspector or a contractor, I introduce you — I do not hand over your details behind your back.

Calls and texts

When you give me your number you are telling me it is fine to call or text you about your search. Reply STOP to a text, or just say so on the phone, and I stop. Standard message rates apply.

How long I keep it

For as long as we are working together, and afterwards for as long as New Jersey real estate record-keeping rules require. Enquiries that never turn into anything get cleared out of my database periodically.

What you can ask me to do

Ask me what I hold on you, correct it, or delete it. Email or call and I will handle it — you do not need to fill in a form or quote a law. The only things I cannot delete are records the brokerage is legally required to keep.

Cookies and your browser

This site does not use advertising cookies. It stores small preferences in your own browser — the answers you gave the neighborhood quiz, for example — so a page can be laid out for you. That stays on your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Children

This site is for adults buying, selling or renting property. It is not aimed at anyone under 16 and I do not knowingly collect their information.

Fair housing

Every enquiry through this site is handled in line with the Fair Housing Act and New Jersey’s Law Against Discrimination. I do not steer anyone toward or away from a neighborhood based on race, colour, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
