Who I am
Bogdan Nicolae Rus is a REALTOR® with eXp Realty (New Jersey license #2186044), based at 50 Harrison St, Suite 205, Hoboken, licensed since January 2020, serving New Jersey with day-to-day depth in Hudson County. He works in English, Romanian and Spanish.
I am Romanian-born and Hudson County-made. I have been a licensed New Jersey REALTOR® since January 2020, with eXp Realty, as part of the Align Team. My office is at 50 Harrison St, Suite 205, Hoboken, NJ 07030.
I live in Hudson County, and my kids grow up here. The schools, the parks, the commute and the Saturday errands I talk about with clients are my own week, not a brochure.
Where I work
I help buyers, sellers, renters and investors anywhere in New Jersey. My day-to-day depth is Hudson County: Jersey City, Hoboken, Bayonne, Weehawken, Union City, West New York, North Bergen, Guttenberg, Secaucus, Kearny, Harrison and East Newark.

How I work
One agent at every showing: me, not an assistant you meet once. When you sell, I price from live comparables on your block and give you three scenarios, with a launch plan in your hands within 24 hours. When an offer comes in, on either side, I explain it line by line before you answer. After that I stay with you through attorney review, inspection, appraisal and the closing table. No drip campaigns, no automated emails pretending to be me.
I have been on your side of the table. I bought my own two-family home in the Jersey City Heights; I wrote about it in buying a two-family home in Jersey City. Before that I rented in Journal Square, in Newport and in a three-family house, and what those rentals taught me shapes how I help renters and landlords today.
