Yes — I am a Spanish-speaking real estate agent licensed in New Jersey. My name is Bogdan Nicolae Rus, and I have been a licensed New Jersey REALTOR® with eXp Realty since January 2020 (license #2186044). The contracts in New Jersey are written in English. What changes when you work with me is that you understand every one of them before you sign. I go through each document with you in Spanish and answer every question.
